1   Scope This European Standard specifies sampling and test methods for natural, artificial and recycled aggregates for use as armourstone. This European Standard specifies the reference methods to be used for type testing and in case of dispute where an alternative method has been used. For other purposes, in particular factory production control, other methods may be used provided that an appropriate working relationship with the test method has been established.
