Abstract
What is BS EN 45544 -3 – Workplace air about? BS EN 45544-3 is the third part of the multi-series standard that specifies the performance requirements for electrical apparatus used for the direct detection and direct concentration measurement of toxic gases and vapours in workplace atmospheres. BS EN 45544-3 is applicable to apparatus used for general gas detection. EXAMPLE Safety warning and leak detection are examples of general gas detection.
