Abstract
1 Scope This European Standard specifies the characteristics of copper and copper alloy wires of cross sections of 80 mm 2, 100 mm 2, 107 mm 2, 120 mm 2 and 150 mm 2 for use on overhead contact lines. It establishes the product characteristics, the test methods, checking procedures to be used with the wires , together with the ordering and delivery condition.
