BS EN 50341-2-23 is a part of the BS EN 50341 standard that discusses the national normative aspects for Poland for overhead electrical lines exceeding AC 1 kV. Overhead lines or overhead wires are used to transmit electrical energy to trams, trolleybuses and trains.
BS EN 50341-2-23 determines as a new overhead line is considered a brand new electric overhead line with nominal voltage exceeding 1 kV AC, between points A and B.
