Abstract
What is BS EN 60695-1-20 ‒ Ignitability of electrotechnical products about ? BS EN 60695-1-20 is a part of an international multi-series standard that covers safety guidelines for fire hazard testing. BS EN 60695-1-20 provides guidance on the ignitability of electrotechnical products and the materials from which they are formed. It gives guidance on the principles of ignitability, the selection of appropriate test methods, the use and interpretation of results. BS EN 60695-1-20 is intended for use by technical committees in the preparation of standards in accordance with the principles laid down in IEC Guide 104 and ISO/IEC Guide 51.
