BS EN 60811-407 is an international standard on electric and optical fibre cable. BS EN 60811-407 is the 407 th part of IEC 60811. BS EN 60811-403 gives the procedure to examine a possible interaction between insulation material and filling compound of filled cable. The IEC 60811 series specifies the test methods to be used for testing non-metallic materials of all types of cables. These test methods are intended to be referenced in standards for cable construction and for cable materials.
