Abstract
What is BS EN 6098 - Rod-end with bearing about?
BS EN 6098 is a European standard on aerospace series which covers rod-end with bearing per EN 6097 in corrosion resisting steel. BS EN 6098 specifies the characteristics of adjustable rod ends consisting of:
A spherical plain bearing, metal to metal, in corrosion resisting steel, extra wide series. A rod–end with threaded shank with an optional longitudinal groove for locking purposes.
