What is BS EN 61249-2-2 – Materials for printed boards about?
BS EN 61249-2-2 is an international standard that discusses materials for printed boards and other interconnecting structures, enabling performance and longevity in printed board assemblies. BS EN 61249-2-2 gives requirements for properties of phenolic cellulose paper, reinforced copper-clad laminated sheets of high electrical grade in thicknesses of 0.8 mm to 3.2 mm.
