BS EN 61747-4 is the fourth part of the multi-series standard used for Liquid crystal display devices. This helps in manufacturing good quality Liquid crystal display modules and cells. BS EN 61747-4 describes the essential ratings and characteristics of LCD cells and passive matrix monochrome liquid crystal display modules. Note: BS EN 61747-4 does not apply to active-matrix LCD cells nor to multicolour cells.
