BS EN 61968 is a series on application integration at electric utilities. An electric utility is a company in the electric power industry (often a public utility) that engages in electricity generation and distribution of electricity for sale generally in a regulated market. BS EN 61968-100 specifies an implementation profile for the application of the other parts of IEC 61968 using common integration technologies, including JMS and web services.
