What is ISO 7233 about?

ISO 7233 discusses about Rubber and plastics hoses and hose assemblies. ISO 7233 gives details about principles, apparatus, test pieces, conditioning of test pieces, test pressure and procedures for testing to determine the resistance to vacuum of rubber and plastic hoses and hoses assemblies. ISO 7233 specifies three methods for determining the resistance to vacuum of hoses and hose assemblies manufactured from plastic or rubber. Applicable dimensions of hoses for each method are as follows:
