What is ISO 9455-9 about?

ISO 9455 ‑ 9 is the ninth element of the multi-series international standard that covers the soft soldering fluxes . ISO 9455-9 specifies a distillation method for the determination of the ammonia content of solid, paste, or liquid fluxes. The method is applicable to fluxes of class 311 and 321 only. It gives technical specifications such as terms, definitions, the principle of the test, reagents, apparatus, procedure, calculation of results, precision data and states the test report for the determination of ammonia content.
