What is ISO 5783 - Hydraulic fluid power about?
ISO 5783 discusses hydraulic fluid power. Hydraulic fluid power is the use of fluids under pressure to generate, control, and transmit power. ISO 5783 defines an identification code for hydraulic valve mounting surfaces and for hydraulic cartridge valve cavities that are defined in other International Standards. Note 1: ISO 5783 is not applicable to mounting surfaces and cartridge valve cavities that do not conform to these International Standards. Note 2: ISO 5783 does not require that the hardware be marked with the identification code.
