What is ISO 630 ‑ 2 about?

ISO 630-2 is the second part in the multi-series of International Standards on ‘Steels for structural purposes’. ISO 630 ‑ 2 specifies qualities for steels for general structural use. ISO 630 ‑ 2 applies to steel plates rolled on a reversing mill, wide flats, hot-rolled sections and bars, which are used in the as-delivered condition and normally intended for welded or bolted structures.
