What is ISO 8791‑5 about?
ISO 8791‑5 is the fifth part of the ISO 8791 series on documents on p aper and board. ISO 8791‑5 is an international standard on the determination of roughness/smoothness of paper and board. ISO 8791‑5 specifies one of the air leak methods for determining the smoothness of paper and board using an apparatus that complies with the air leak method, as defined in this part of ISO 8791. ISO 8791‑5 is applicable to all printing papers and boards.
