Abstract
What is ISO 9211-5 about?
ISO 9211-5 is the fifth part of the multi-series that is applicable to the Optics and photonics. ISO 9211-5 discusses the properties of anti-reflecting metal coatings and the effects they have on the optical systems. ISO 9211-5 specifies minimum requirements for the optical effects and the mechanical, chemical, and environmental properties of anti-reflecting coatings. Note: ISO 9211-5 applies to anti-reflecting coatings for optical applications.
