BS EN 58 is the European Standard on bitumen and bituminous binders. The main objective of BS EN 58 is to provide entities in the construction industry with best industry sampling procedures for accurate analysis of the quality and performance of bituminous binders. BS EN 58 specifies methods of sampling bituminous binders, to determine the average quality of the material under examination and/or to determine deviations from average quality.
