ISO 13143-1 is the first part of an international multi-series standard that focuses on electronic fee collection. ISO 13143-1 specifies the test suite structure (TSS) and test purposes (TPs) for evaluating the conformity of onboard equipment (OBE) and roadside equipment (RSE) to ISO 12813 .
