What is ISO 9073-4 about ?
ISO 9073-4 is a series on nonwovens . Nonwoven fabric is a fabric -like material made from staple fibre (short) and long fibres (continuous long), bonded together by chemical, mechanical, heat or solvent treatment. ISO 9073-4 specifies a method for the determination of tear resistance of nonwovens by the trapezoid method. ISO 9073-4 applies to nonwovens.
