What is BS ISO 14066?
BS ISO 14066 is an International Standard which specifies competence requirements for validation teams and verification teams. How will it help?
The standard will help achieve international consistency and maintain public confidence in GHG reporting, It does this by defining competence requirements for validation teams and verification teams. It complements the implementation of BS ISO 14065 . BS ISO 14066 is not linked to any particular greenhouse gas (GHG) programme. If a particular GHG programme is applicable, competence requirements of that GHG programme are additional to the requirements of BS ISO 14066 . Requirements for the management and support of personnel competence are specified in BS ISO 14065 .
