ISO 15031 is a series of international standards on road vehicles that discusses the criteria for the workability of diagnostic connectors and related electrical circuits. ISO 15031-3 is the third part of a series of documents on road vehicles.
ISO 15031-3 references the latest publication of SAE J1962 . ISO 15031-3 describes the requirements for the physical connection and associated pin usage to allow for standard access to the OBD data.
