ISO 484-1 is a series of international standards on ship screw propellers that discusses the best procedures to determine manufacturing tolerances of ship screw propellers. ISO 484-1 is the first part of a series of documents on shipbuilding. ISO 484-1 defines manufacturing tolerances of ship screw propellers of a diameter greater than 2,50 m.
NOTE: Some deviations for the tolerance are permitted in certain cases subject to the discretion of the customer or of the designer and the customer.
