ISO 12241:2022 - Thermal insulation for building equipment and industrial installations - Calculation rules - is the international standard that defines accepted calculation methods for heat-transfer properties of building equipment and industrial installations, predominantly under steady‑state conditions. The third edition (2022) updates methods for external convection, introduces standardized ways to include thermal bridges in heat‑loss calculations, and provides informative data and examples for fittings.
