Cette norme spécifie une méthode d'essai pour vérifier l'étanchéité et la résistance en traction des doubles manchons en poly(chlorure de vinyle) non plastifié (PVC-U), soumis à une flexion, résistant à la traction axiale, qui tolèrent une déviation angulaire maximale de 3°. Elle est applicable aux doubles manchons résistants aux effets de fond, munis de bagues d'étanchéité en élastomère et de bagues de verrouillage, destinés à être utilisés dans un système de canalisation avec pression en PVC-U (voir figure 1).
