Calibrate by injecting known water concentrations (dilute water in alcohol) to produce a peak‑area vs. water mass calibration graph.

Calculation:

WVTR = ((mv − mb) × k × 24) / (A × t), where mv = measured water mass, mb = blank, k = apparatus conversion factor, A = area, t = collection time (hours).
