ISO 15544:2024

Overview

ISO 15544:2024 - Oil and gas industries - Offshore production installations - Requirements and guidelines for emergency response - defines objectives, functional requirements and guidelines for emergency response (ER) measures on offshore production installations. Applicable to fixed offshore structures and floating production, storage and off-loading (FPSO/FPS) systems, the standard supports structured ER strategy, planning and operation to protect people, the environment and assets. It supersedes the 2000 edition (including the 2009 amendment) and consolidates requirements and guidance into a single, updated second edition.
