ISO 16495:2022 - Packaging - Transport packaging for dangerous goods - Test methods - defines the information, procedures and test methods required for design type testing of packaging, intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) and large packaging intended for the transport of dangerous goods. The second edition (2022) aligns with the UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (Revision 21) and supports multi‑modal compliance (road, rail, sea, air).
