Overview

ISO 18750:2025 - "Intelligent transport systems - Local dynamic map (LDM)" defines the functionality, interfaces and procedures for a Local Dynamic Map used inside a bounded secured managed domain (BSMD) of an ITS station. The standard specifies the structure and behavior of LDM Data Objects (LDM‑DOs) (e.g., vehicle positions, road works, slow‑traffic sections, special weather condition sections) and the secure service access points that ITS applications use to add, query, subscribe to, and maintain map data.
