ISO 20152-1:2010 - "Timber structures - Bond performance of adhesives - Part 1: Basic requirements" defines the minimum performance requirements and test foundations for adhesives used to bond structural timber components. The standard links adhesive performance to the intended service class (Service Classes 1, 2 and 3) and specifies criteria for biological resistance, chemical compatibility with wood, mechanical bond performance and long‑term behaviour under service‑like environmental exposure.
