ISO 23828:2022 - Fuel cell road vehicles - Energy consumption measurement - Vehicles fuelled with compressed hydrogen - specifies standardized procedures for measuring hydrogen energy consumption and driving range of fuel cell passenger cars and light‑duty trucks (FCV and FCHEV) using compressed hydrogen. The third edition updates test methods, integrates externally chargeable fuel cell hybrid electric vehicles (FCHEV), and provides procedures for accurate reporting of hydrogen and electric energy contributions to vehicle range.
