Overview
ISO 29995:2021 - Education and learning services - Vocabulary is the ISO/TC 232 source document that defines the core terms and definitions used across the field of education and learning services. Published as the first edition in May 2021, the standard contains 100 terminological entries organized by topic to promote consistent language and understanding among standards developers, service providers and users. It is a reference document (no normative references) intended to harmonize terminology for international standards, policy, procurement and practice.
