ISO 3630-2:2023 - Dentistry - Endodontic instruments - Part 2: Enlargers defines requirements for engine‑driven endodontic enlargers (instruments used to enlarge the coronal access to the root canal) that are not covered in other parts of the ISO 3630 series. The 2023 fourth edition updates classification, test methods and harmonizes requirements with other ISO 3630 parts. It specifies dimensional, material, mechanical, marking, labelling, packaging and instructions‑for‑use requirements relevant to manufacturers, regulators and quality teams involved with dental endodontic instruments.
