ISO 445:2013 - Pallets for materials handling - Vocabulary is an international vocabulary standard that defines terms used for pallets in unit-load methods of materials handling. The fourth edition (2013) provides standardized definitions for pallet types, components, fittings, fasteners, usage and dimensions, and adds informative annexes listing terms for unit load handling and slipsheets. A clear, common terminology helps designers, manufacturers and users communicate unambiguously about pallets and palletized handling systems.
