Overview

ISO 54002:2025 - Quality management systems - Guidance for the application of ISO 9001:2015 in police organizations - provides sector-specific guidance to help police organizations apply ISO 9001:2015. This first edition (2025) replaces IWA 12:2013 and aligns policing guidance with the ISO harmonized management-system structure. ISO 54002:2025 helps police entities demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver products and services that meet the expectations of interested parties and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, while supporting satisfaction and continual improvement.
