Abstract
Overview
ISO 5527:2015 - "Cereals - Vocabulary" is an international vocabulary standard that defines terms related to cereals and cereal products. This third edition (2015) replaces ISO 5527:1995 and organizes standardized definitions to support clear, consistent communication across the cereal value chain. The terms are available in the ISO Online Browsing Platform (OBP) in multiple languages (English, French, German, Spanish; PDF also contains Chinese). Only the official ISO languages (English and French) are normative.
