Overview
ISO 5942:2024 - Bamboo-wood composite for container flooring - is the first edition International Standard that defines classification, , inspection methods and rules, and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of bamboo‑wood composite used as flooring in freight containers. It applies to the Series 1 freight containers specified in and its Amendments (Amd 1:2016, Amd 2:2024). The document was prepared by ISO/TC 296 (Bamboo and rattan).
