Overview
ISO 8779:2020 - Plastics piping systems - Polyethylene (PE) pipes for irrigation - Specifications - defines minimum requirements for PE pipes used to convey water for irrigation at temperatures up to 45 °C. It covers mains, sub-mains and laterals that are intermittently pressurized (not more than 1 500 hours/year) and have an expected service life of ten years or less.
