ISO 9044:2016

Overview

ISO 9044:2016 - Industrial woven wire cloth - Technical requirements and tests - defines terminology, dimensional tolerances, acceptance criteria and test methods for industrial woven wire cloth used for screening purposes. It covers square-aperture woven cloth manufactured from steel, stainless steel (including austenitic grades) and non‑ferrous metals. The standard specifies maximum permissible error, inspection documentation and requirements for manufacture, measurement and delivery, while excluding post‑weave coated cloth and pre‑crimped or welded screens (covered by other ISO documents).
