What is ISO 8586- Selection, training and monitoring of selected assessors and expert sensory assessors about?
ISO 8586 is an international standard on sensory analysis that discusses the guidance on the selection, training and monitoring of selected assessors and expert sensory assessors to enhance the recruitment process for assessors. ISO 8586 specifies criteria for the selection and procedures for the training and monitoring of selected assessors and expert sensory assessors. ISO 8586 supplements the information given in ISO 6658.
