What is ISO 5053 ‑ 2 -   Vocabulary of fork arms and attachments about?

ISO 5053 ‑ 2 is the second part of the ISO 5053 series that discusses industrial trucks. ISO 5053 ‑ 2 establishes only the vocabulary of fork arms and load handling attachments. For ISO 5053 ‑ 2 , the term attachment describes a device that is mounted to an industrial truck to allow an alternative way to use the lifting system. Note1: ISO 5053 ‑ 2 does not give any proposals as to which attachment can be appropriate for which load. Note2: This document gives no safety requirements for fork arms and load handling attachments.
