Abstract
1 Scope and field of application This part of ISO 6741 specifies specimen cleaning procedures to be used when the commercial mass is to be determined in accordance with ISO 6741-1 on a clean and dry basis. The procedure appropriate for a particular fibre is given in ISO 6741-4. If the commercial mass is to be determined on a dry-only basis, cleaning is omitted.
