ISO 12181-2:2011 specifies the complete specification operator for roundness of integral features only and covers complete roundness profiles only, i.e. geometrical characteristics of features of the type circle.

Overview
ISO 12181-2:2011 - Geometrical product specifications (GPS) - Roundness - Part 2: - defines the complete specification operator for roundness assessments of (complete roundness profiles). It prescribes how to unambiguously specify the transmission band, probing system and stylus geometry used to evaluate roundness so that results are comparable and suitable for conformity decisions.
