Overview
ISO 12193:2004 defines a validated analytical method for the determination of trace amounts of in all types of crude or refined edible . The method uses and is applicable for concentrations greater than (LOD) with a limit of determination of (LOQ). The procedure includes sample preparation, instrument settings, calibration and result reporting tailored for oil and fat matrices.
