Abstract
Overview
ISO 13459:2012/Amd 1:2022 is an important amendment to the International Standard ISO 13459, focusing on trainer seats in earth-moving machinery. This amendment updates the specifications related to the deflection limiting volume, , and of trainer seats used in heavy construction and earth-moving equipment. Prepared by ISO Technical Committee ISO/TC 127, Subcommittee SC 2, it addresses safety, ergonomics, and dimensional requirements to optimize operator comfort and protection during training operations.
