Abstract
Overview
ISO 16283-1:2014/Amd 1:2017 is an important amendment to the international standard ISO 16283-1:2014, which addresses field measurement of airborne sound insulation in buildings and building elements. Developed by ISO Technical Committee ISO/TC 43, Subcommittee SC 2, this amendment provides refined guidelines for on-site acoustic testing, ensuring more accurate and reliable assessment of airborne sound insulation performance in various building environments.
