Overview
ISO 16763:2016 - Graphic technology - Post-press - Requirements for bound products defines quality requirements and tolerances for industrially bound printed products. Applicable to books, magazines, catalogues, brochures and other products requiring industrial binding, the standard covers the post-press conversion chain from cutting and folding through assembling, binding and trimming. ISO 16763:2016 is produced by ISO/TC 130 (Graphic technology) and is intended to improve post-press process control, product durability and transparency between manufacturers and customers.
