ISO 18280:2010 is an ISO International Standard that provides an organized overview of ISO test methods used to characterize epoxy resins prior to polymerization. It does not redefine test procedures but lists and explains the appropriate ISO methods (physical and chemical) that suppliers, purchasers and laboratories typically use to specify, control and compare epoxy resin materials. The standard differentiates properties measured before curing (processing-relevant) from those measured after curing (intrinsic), and points to the specific ISO methods for each property.
