ISO 19134:2007 - Geographic information - Location-based services - Multimodal routing and navigation defines a conceptual schema and data types for implementing multimodal location-based services (LBS) for routing and navigation. The standard specifies the data structures and associated operations used to support routing across two or more transportation modes (walking, driving, transit, taxi, park‑and‑ride, etc.), including fixed‑route and scheduled services. It is designed to describe web service interfaces and request/response data types for mobile clients and web‑resident proxy applications, though it is not limited to that environment.
