Abstract
Overview
ISO 6579-1:2017/Amd 1:2020 is an important amendment to the international standard , which provides a in the food chain microbiology sector. This amendment expands the protocol by extending the range of incubation temperatures, updating the status of Annex D, and correcting the composition of critical media including MSRV (Modified Semi-solid Rappaport-Vassiliadis) agar and SC (Selenite Cystine) medium.
