ISO 9312:2013 covers insulated pins used to pin parts in the secondary circuit of resistance welding equipment or other live equipment that must be insulated from each other. This second edition (2013) is a minor revision of the original 1990 publication and provides clear requirements for designation, material selection, dimensions and finishing to ensure safe, repeatable use in electrode back-ups.
